Fire at the Corporate Headquarters!
Joe Donoghue, CPP has 25 years of experience in corporate security and business continuity for U.S. and international firms. In his capacity as the Vice President of Security and Continuity for a Boston-based bank, he led the effort to respond to and recover from this building fire at company headquarters. Joe has been a guest speaker at several local and national conferences and is a proud member of the NEDRIX team.
Joe will walk you through a real event that occurred at his corporate headquarters, a fire that significantly impacted operations and personnel for many months. Hear first-hand about the pre-planning, response and recovery efforts, impacts on employees and the business, and his successes and failures. Learn from this experience and incorporate lessons into your planning.

Aaron Callaway is a Managing Director focused on harmonizing BC&DR. With over 20 years of experience, he routinely speaks at the nation’s conferences.
Nicole Hoyle is a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) practice lead supporting organizational resiliency with consulting. Over the past 20+ years, Nicole has developed and led end-to-end resiliency programs and initiatives.
Nicole’s BC/DR background began in the IT operations domain and continued to expand into DR architecture and design, business continuity, and global program management.
With increasing business demands and an ever-evolving IT architecture landscape, public and private sectors alike face challenges to harmonize continuity and disaster recovery needs.
In Aaron and Nicole’s session, they will discus how local and national organizations face challenges and present advanced planning and DR testing techniques that integrate business resilience and operational IT.
